• We are actively hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging & impactful designs. The Graphic Designer will be required to design and develop materials to support business development and luxury property marketing initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
• Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogue & booklets, banners, posters & billboard.
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
• Design & managing all inhouse Magazines & Newspaper ads.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboard, posters, and other graphics.
• Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing highquality designs for the company.
• Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers' needs.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
• 03 years of experience in Graphic Designing.

Competencies:

• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite
• Photoshop
  , Illustrator, InDesign.
• Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge.
• Strong eye for visual composition.
• Understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Effective time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and Excellent judgement.

• Employment Type: Full Time

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
