  • Job Type: Work from the office & onfield job
  • Experience: 1 to 3 Years
  • CTC: 1.
8 LPA (Additional TA and DA)


Role

  • Achieving sales coverage & growth by appointing distributors, increasing retail coverage through strong secondary sales
  • Working & executing sales policies & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets
  • Ensuring distributors are servicing the market as per identified targets
  • Ensuring timely collection of funds from distributors

Desired Skills & Experience - Education & Experience

  • Any graduate with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Should have strong work experience of 13 on secondary sales
  • Preferably within the Beverage industry with a major focus on General Trade & Modern Trade
  • Should be handson in working in the market with distributors, building a retail network
  • Should possess Strong analytical, Problem solving & Organizational abilities
  • Should possess Exceptional Relationship Management Skills & Interpersonal Skills
  • Good team handling skills
  • Multilinguistic & an effective communicator

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹150, ₹180,000.00 per year
