Description
Develop strategies to make tie ups with nearby NGOs, CBOs, coaching centers etc. to get eligible youth in job specific requirements.- Conduct pamphlet distribution activity for getting large number of applicants for job.
- Generate potential interview lineup as per set targets.
- Take responsibility for beating monthly/quarterly/annual targets of joining.
- Participate in Recruitment planning in consultation with Client.
