We are looking for Call Center Executive (Male/Female) 45 Post, (Oriya,Tamil,Telugu,Kannada language)

Roles and Responsibility

• Respond to customer Queries on call
• Resolve customer complaints
• Place customer orders in the computer system
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

From ₹15,000.00 per month
