Job title:
Training Manager - Capital Market


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement training programs for employees and clients, with a focus on capital markets products and services.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other training resources.
  • Design and deliver on-site training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and ensure that they are engaging and effective.
  • Assess the training needs of employees and clients, and develop training programs that meet those needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers and sales teams, to ensure that training programs are aligned with company goals and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously improve the training programs to meet changing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and attend to reports and feedback.

Targets:

  • Increase employee and client knowledge and understanding of capital markets products and services by a specified percentage within a set time frame.
  • Improve employee and client satisfaction with training programs, as measured by surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Increase the efficiency of training processes and achieve cost savings through continuous improvement.
  • Align training programs with company goals and strategies, and ensure that they are in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Continuously improve the training programs to meet changing needs and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Meet or exceed established training delivery and completion targets.

Requirements:


Skills:1. Excellent training and instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective training programs.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver training programs to a diverse audience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets products and services, and the ability to develop training programs in this area.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve training issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other training software, such as Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia.

Experience:


  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on capital markets products and services.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Experience in instructional design, including the development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field is required, a Master's degree is preferred.
