Job title:
Training Manager - Capital Market

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for employees and clients, with a focus on capital markets products and services.
Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other training resources.
Design and deliver on-site training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and ensure that they are engaging and effective.
Assess the training needs of employees and clients, and develop training programs that meet those needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers and sales teams, to ensure that training programs are aligned with company goals and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously improve the training programs to meet changing needs.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and attend to reports and feedback.

Targets:

Increase employee and client knowledge and understanding of capital markets products and services by a specified percentage within a set time frame.
Improve employee and client satisfaction with training programs, as measured by surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
Increase the efficiency of training processes and achieve cost savings through continuous improvement.
Align training programs with company goals and strategies, and ensure that they are in line with industry standards and best practices.
Continuously improve the training programs to meet changing needs and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Meet or exceed established training delivery and completion targets.

Requirements:

Skills:1. Excellent training and instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective training programs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver training programs to a diverse audience.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of capital markets products and services, and the ability to develop training programs in this area.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve training issues.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other training software, such as Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia.

Experience:

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on capital markets products and services.
Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
Experience in instructional design, including the development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field is required, a Master's degree is preferred.
