Administrator

  • Mailbox management responding efficiently and effectively to all queries and requests
  • Initial engagement requests managing engagement requests from customer accounts for surveys and Requests for Change to existing surveys (RFCs)
  • Creating and management cases of feedback and complaints in Customer Insight tools
  • Feedback case management allocating cases; managing case loads to ensure prompt responses from internal stakeholders; case closure and root cause categorisation based on investigation information


  • Access control

  • Responding to access requests and providing access to Customer Insight Tools in line with Data protection policies and GDPR; removing access from company leavers regularly; hierarchy management.
  • Redaction of Personally Identifying Information in line with Data protection and Team policies/agreements
  • Licence management for Customer Insight Tools
  • Report creation and distribution
  • Creation and maintenance of process documents
  • Participate in and coordinate projects relevant to specialist area
  • Assess situations, issues and opportunities and escalate when appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all businessrelated matters.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business
  • Establishes productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain customer relationships
