Summary:

As a Graphics Designer you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and dynamic graphics that are specifically designed for live visual performances.

Your primary focus will be on creating real-time visuals that synchronize with music and other performances to create immersive and interactive visual experiences.

You will work closely with VJs, DJs, and other creative team members to develop innovative and cutting-edge visual content that enhances live performances and engages audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for original and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Utilize image manipulation techniques to create graphics from concepts, including image editing, retouching, and compositing.
Collaborate with VJs, DJs, and other creative team members to understand the requirements and creative vision for live visual performances.
Develop custom visuals, effects, and animations that synchronize with music and other performances to create a seamless and immersive visual experience.
Collaborate with other team members to create custom visuals for specific events, performances, or themes.
Manage and organize visual content libraries, source files, and documentation to ensure efficient and effective use of visual assets for live performances.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Creativity, innovation, and ability to think critically tocreate visually captivating and dynamic visual content.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for music, art, and multimedia technologies.
Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus.
