We are hiring for Customer Service Representative (UK Process)
Looking for someone who can join us on immediate basis
Responsibilities:
Should possess excellent Voice English Communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively
- Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
- Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
- This role involves developing strong customer relationships and responsible to resolve queries of the customers via Call within the assigned TAT/SLA
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Minimum 6 months experience into International BPO
- HSC/GRAD
Job Types:

₹17, ₹35,435.61 per month
