Roles And Responsibilites- Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark.
- Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Calling and fixing meeting with clients.
- Hardcore Sales Performer in Direct Salesin the assigned territory for generating sales.
- Markets gogetter and trend setter.
- Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture.
- Own Vehicle Mandatory with licenses.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Experience:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
