Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to APOs, CCs and Sanchalikas.
  • Inspect raw material at warehouse level and compare the results with D3Cs.
  • Submit detailed QA reports to appropriate Manager.
  • To approve all Standard Testing Procedures (STPs), Specification and master processing records etc.
  • To develop Quality Management System (QMS) documentations such as Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Management Manuals etc.
  • To approve or reject, as s/he sees fit, raw, packaging, intermediate, and finished bulk and retail materials and ensure the realization of all formalities related to Food Administration. (Regulatory Requirement).
  • To visit the collection centres and ware facilities at regular intervals and check the quality standards of the raw material being procured and the standards of the storage facilities.
  • Should be able to handle equipment for rapid quality testing on field.
  • Review specifications for products or processes.
  • To facilitate the Production Manager to administer Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) programs & trainings to workers and staff.
  • To assist the processing department to carry out validation studies of both equipment and the processes.
  • To carry out vendor qualification and authorization along with purchase.
  • To handle out of specification input, inline/process rejection and final rejected material.
  • To monitor and release finished and packed goods by checking batch manufacturing record.
  • To maintain Plant hygiene, Process validation, and Training.
  • To monitoring the of compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • To monitor customer complaints and resolve the same.
  • Should be able to handle equipment for rapid quality testing on field.
  • Keep accurate documentation, Review specifications for products or processes.
  • To lead internal / external audits (HACCP, Personal Hygiene, Process audit, Food Safety) at Plant.
Skills/Knowledge

  • Proven experience in Quality Checking of Agri products.

Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills, Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to prepare and present reports to director level, Pro-active and self-motivated, Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines.

Co-operative and supportive team player.


Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent in Food Technology or in Agriculture.

Experience:


  • 34 years of relevant experience in raw and processed Agri product Quality is a must.

Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
