Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservations and Sales Executive to join our luxury villa brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all guest reservations and sales inquiries, as well as promoting the villas to potential customers.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and Hindi
Must have impeccable customer service skills
Must have good communication skills

Responsibilities

Take Bookings and Reservations
Check reservations entered on daily basis to avoid input error
Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns or escalate/refer to appropriate individual
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, thank guests with genuine appreciation
Coordinating with OTT platforms and travel agents.
Curating & updating a weekly and monthly Sales & Revenue Sheet

Salary:
₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
