Description
Vardhman Plazas is a 40 years old real estate company having more than 250 projects across Delhi. It has set up a separate division under the name of Infinity Void.
This division is working on an open world based metaverse project.


We are looking for a right-brained Architect who is passionate about Web3.0 to perform all phases of architectural work in our Metaverse including planning, designing and overseeing the completion.

You will be involved in new designs ranging from architectural to product designs from the earliest stages right through to completion.

The goal is to create a realistic and futuristic design of cities and all its assets required in metaverse


Responsibilities

  • Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and conceptual designs.
  • Take the "brief" to identify needs and put together design proposals.
  • Develop sector layouts for the city.
  • Develop plotting map for each sector
  • 2D render of layouts
  • Creating architecturally sound concepts for the buildings
  • Develop ideas keeping in virtual world needs, building's usage and its impact on the experiences of the users.
  • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
  • Compile project specifications Keep within timelines
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
  • Cooperate and liaise with Modellers and game designers.
  • Follow new architectural trends and advancements

Requirements and skills

  • Web3 enthusiast (Blockchain, Crypto, NFTs, Metaverse)
  • Proven working experience as an Architect
  • Experience of 4+ years
  • Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent drawing skills
  • Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
  • SketchUp (mandatory)
  • Autocad (mandatory)
  • Rhino+Grasshopper (Bonus)
  • Unreal Engine
  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail
  • Communication and project management skills
  • BS degree in Architecture/Urban Planning

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
