Key Responsibilities and Duties
- They collaborate with business users and focus on counts, statistics, and visualization to improve performance and find strategic opportunities for the business.
- Their job involves the enablement of effective data management (collected from independent transaction systems) with a view to produce differentiated market/business intelligence in order to support informed managerial decisions.

- Analyse, define, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements for development and deployment of target state products, processes and technology while working with stakeholders.
- Articulate and document end to end business process flows for Nuveen ecosystem.
- Perform impact analysis to determine functional, technical & operational impact and clearly communicate with all functional teams.
- Expertise in Investment management system that support mastering securities, investment book of record, trading and settlements like Eagle, Simcorp, CRD or alpha data platform.
- Carry out defect analysis, prioritisation of fixes and verification of production functionality
- Support planning, tracking, and reporting of progress of requirements delivery including production verification and testing of functionality
- Implement a process for continuous improvement, lower costs to serve and improving margins
- Develop and deliver scalable solutions that can be applied to clients and the business
