  • Analyse, define, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements for development and deployment of target state products, processes and technology while working with stakeholders.
  • Articulate and document end to end business process flows for Nuveen ecosystem.
  • Perform impact analysis to determine functional, technical & operational impact and clearly communicate with all functional teams.
  • Expertise in Investment management system that support mastering securities, investment book of record, trading and settlements like Eagle, Simcorp, CRD or alpha data platform.
  • Carry out defect analysis, prioritisation of fixes and verification of production functionality
  • Support planning, tracking, and reporting of progress of requirements delivery including production verification and testing of functionality
  • Implement a process for continuous improvement, lower costs to serve and improving margins
  • Develop and deliver scalable solutions that can be applied to clients and the business
