Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience on Load Balancer (Citrix NetScaler OR BIG IP F5), F/W, Palo Alto.
  • TAC experience required.
  • Strong knowledge on LAN, MPLS, VPN and support experience.
  • Strong conceptual & hands on experience in providing L3 +/SME level support on below products.
  • Firewall (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Brocade Vyatta, PaloAlto).
  • Routers (Cisco 800, 1000, 1800, 2600, 2800, 2900, 3800, 3900, 7200).
  • Switches (Cisco 29xx, 3xxx, 4xxx and 65xx series Catalyst switches).
  • Cisco Nexus Switches (7000, 5000 and 2000 Series) Lead all technical aspects of RFI/RFP exercises including document preparation, evaluate vendor technology and service offerings, conduct proof of technology exercises, and provide recommendations.
  • Act as a consultant to the other teams for network portfolio Drive and complete technical network deliverables on assigned projects provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex computer systems, software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
  • Provides technical support in the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions. Involved in report design, solving reliability and maintenance problems or bugs, and design engineering/software engineering.
  • May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users on highly technical or sophisticated products. Requires knowledge of one or more networking system technology areas.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


Well versed with troubleshooting tools, techniques and methodology including advance troubleshooting skills at packet levels using Sniffer/ Wireshark / TCPDUMP/ Snoop etc.


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Advance skills in Isolating & troubleshooting the issue. And excellent documenting skill on writing the RCA thereafter.

Bachelor's Degree
