Job Overview:

As an Amazon Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon platform.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing product listings, optimizing content, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The goal is to enhance the overall visibility, sales, and brand presence on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Optimization:
Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
Ensure accurate and compelling product titles, descriptions, images, and other relevant information.
Conduct keyword research to improve search rankings and discoverability.

Amazon Advertising:
Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve optimal results.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage product inventory levels on Amazon.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely restocking and prevent stockouts.
Optimize inventory strategies to minimize storage costs and improve fulfillment efficiency.

Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of competitor activities on Amazon.
Identify opportunities and challenges based on competitor performance.
Implement strategies to stay competitive in the marketplace.

Customer Reviews and Feedback:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and address negative feedback.
Utilize feedback to make data-driven improvements to products and services.

Performance Analytics:
Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and traffic.
Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Make data-driven recommendations to enhance overall performance.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Stay updated on Amazon's policies and guidelines.
Ensure that product listings and activities comply with Amazon's terms of service.
Address and resolve any compliance issues that may arise.
