Description
The employee has to be responsible for following work- Confirming orders with customers
- Ensuring orders are dispatched / cancelled depending on customer request
- Servicing customer requirements like returns / exchange
- Coordinating with courier for dispatch
- Ensuing goods are delivered
- Making daily / monhtly reports of dispatch and delivery
- Checking returns
- Solving all kind of customer queries
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
