Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Should Handle the exchange/returns requests.
  • Should work on the returns packets received
  • Should manage the data & make reports on excel for Exchange, Refund, Scanning & Tracking.
  • Should co-ordinate with the other departments & maintain a clear communication.
  • Should make sure customer gets a hassle free return/exchange process.

Job Skills:

  • Should be able to communicate in Hindi & English.
  • Should be able to communicate with customers over calls & mails.
  • Polite & pleasing attitude.
  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Should be tech savvy.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

Experience:


  • E-Commerce: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer retention: 1 year (preferred)
