Job Responsibilities:
- Should Handle the exchange/returns requests.
- Should work on the returns packets received
- Should manage the data & make reports on excel for Exchange, Refund, Scanning & Tracking.
- Should co-ordinate with the other departments & maintain a clear communication.
- Should make sure customer gets a hassle free return/exchange process.
Job Skills:
- Should be able to communicate in Hindi & English.
- Should be able to communicate with customers over calls & mails.
- Polite & pleasing attitude.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Should be tech savvy.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
Experience:
- E-Commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer retention: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
