• ThisSolution Specialist position is a data analyst role; an internallyfacing position on the Cvent Travel & Transientteam.
• This position supports the Cvent Travelconsulting team with the production of clientrelated deliverablesdata processing and analysis.
• In addition theSolutions Specialist will collaborate on the development of newprocesses & deliverables; identify opportunities toincrease efficiencies around existing deliverables/processes; andcontribute to crosscloud special projects.
• Thisis an ideal position for a highly detailed dataloving candidate whothrives in a fastpaced team environment where creativity isencouraged.

• Production ofCvent Travelrelated deliverables for feebased Servicesprojects
• Tasked with development of processefficiencies
• Ensure that all processes andprocedures are completed quality standards are met and projecttimelines are maintained.
• Develop and maintaina broadworking knowledge of all Cvent Travel & Transientproducts
• Perform other projects and duties asrequired.
• Understand business objectives andconverting them to data/reportingrequirements
• Provide recommendations onimproving performance for teams based on dataanalysis

• Education:Bachelor s degree or similar from accredited college or university.Degree related to hospitality business or technologypreferred.
• Experience: Familiarity with travelagency or corporate travel management practices aplus.
• Technical Competence: Solid experienceand indepth knowledge of MS office; specifically Access Excel(including pivot tables analytical functions and macros) as well aswebbased systems such as RFP sourcing tools and Salesforce. VBAexperience is a plus.
• Superior InterpersonalSkills: Ability to interface with a wide range of personalities andlevels within Cvent and client organizations; Professionalcommunication style.
• Customer Service Focus:Ability to use discretion and independent judgment to solve complexproblems; Strong internal customer engagement service skills todrive improved use ofcapabilities.
• Consultative Mind Set: Ability tothink conceptually and apply past learnings to newsituations
• Data Collection and Analysis:Proactive listening; resourceful in collating and aggregating data;Analysis of diagnostic data to develop and implement bestsolution.
• Creativity: Ability to review bidinformation and suggest additional data points to targetnegotiation strategy that align with client needs andrequirements.
