Qualification:


  • BE / B Tech

Desired Profile:


  • Responsible for the CAD deliverable of Assembly flow Diagram, BIW Component and Assembly
  • Locator drawing and Measurement points for all vehicle programs of all the CBGs
  • Creating and updating the AFD as per the car line leader input
  • Creating and updating locator drawing and measurement points in Teamcenter with help of NX/CATIA/FIDES/Hyper works
  • Creating Coordinate cut plane drawings per Input
  • EBOM Scan for Change management Study

Skills Required:


  • Knowledge in CAR body BIW Process
  • Knowledge in Final Assembly Engineering
  • Knowledge in Checking and welding Fixtures
  • Knowledge in CMM
  • Knowledge in modeling tools CATIA/NX
  • PLM Siemens Experience
