Description

Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team
Enter sales orders as per the customer's PO
Perform all tasks required for order entries, such as:
Open FG Codes.
Check with R&D for Structures.
To send cylinder formats to cylinder division.
Login orders.
Prepare order status reports and ensure OTIF.
Regular plant visits and oversee order execution & that customer's requirements are met.
Coordinate with PPC team for Raw Material availability.
Coordinate with R&D team for New Sample Development.
Prepare FG Stock reports on daily basis and coordinate with commercial team for dispatches.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree

MBA or Equivalent.
