As we come across clients with different expectations, we require the video editor to adapt to the clients style and expectation.

The video editor has to meet deadlines for the projects.
Should have sufficient knowledge and skills to tackle problems and ideate creative solutions to ensure the best output for the videos.

4. carry out company's social media videos

The Content Creator will be creating the training content on various platforms using different tools like docs, sheets,PDFs, slides, audio and video recordings, etc.

Hence, he/she has to have prior hands-on experience of working on such tools and platforms mandatorily.

Essential Duties:

General training content creation related responsibilities:

Create training content/material for various product/process/soft skills training activities
Has to have indepth knowledge of the product
Has to coordinate with the other team members in order to design and develop the training materials
Has to be creative and innovative and should come up with ideas for best representing the training material for maximum effectiveness of the training interventions
Develop the training content using innovative teaching techniques & tools like case studies, audio/video components, role plays, simulation, activities/workshops, projects, evaluation/assessment methods, etc
Would be responsible for design and development, continuous curation and maintenance of courses and other training content
Working closely with the POCs of the Product team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)/TLs of various functions, the L&D team, and the stakeholders from other departments
