Description

Sales Target Achievement:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

Product Knowledge:

Thoroughly understand the features, specifications, and advantages of our commercial vehicle offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers.


Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Lead negotiations with clients to arrive at mutually beneficial terms and successfully close sales deals.

Market Research:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify new business opportunities.

Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our commercial vehicles.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and technical support to ensure seamless coordination during the sales process.


Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up plans using our CRM system.

Customer Service:
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry or a related automotive field.
  • Strong sales acumen with a successful history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of commercial vehicle market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other salesrelated software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
  • Proven ability to handle a highpressure sales environment.
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and resultsdriven.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
