    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to raise capital from various sources
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, managing outreach campaigns, providing regular updates on company performance and addressing any investor concerns or questions.
    • Conduct research and analysis of market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisionmaking
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify market opportunities, gaps in our product offering, and potential threats to the business
    • Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
    • Manage the due diligence process for new investors, including coordinating with legal, accounting, and other teams to provide the necessary information and documentation.
    • Coordinate and manage investor meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and following up with investors after meetings.

    Qualifications :

    • MBA in business, finance, or a related field.
    • At least 57 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a similar industry
    • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and market trends.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Basic knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to fundraising and investor relations.
