PROFILE SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Delivering full range of tax services
Building relationships and interacting with clients to enable efficient planning and consulting
Manage accounting and tax functions
Review and assist preparation of highquality and goaloriented MIS reports
Ensure timeliness and improve accuracy on reporting cycles, tasks, compliance/ internal

deadlines

Accountable for managing the team and completing all tasks and assignments
Researching technical issues and providing input into the preparation of highquality technical

reports and presentations

To be up to date with developments on regulatory and accounting matters
Responsible for preparing tax computations
Responsible for client query resolution & support
Prepare and manage audits (Statutory/ Tax/ Transfer pricing) for the clients
Design Standard operating procedures and ensure a smooth workflow
Prepare and finalize the Financial Statements of entities/individuals
Prepare and maintain necessary reconciliations for taxation purposes
Assist in business development initiatives of the firm to win in the market.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong command over accounting processes and taxation laws
Knowhow of ERPs such as Tally, Zoho, Busy, etc.
Sound knowledge of corporate & labour laws to ensure compliance
Ability to manage clients and lead a team
Willingness to be proactive and take accountability to solve complex and varied problems
Analytical mind capable of interpreting data and written information
Ability to assimilate complicated information into a selfexplanatory summary for clients
Good communication skills with an ability to work on stringent timelines
