· Ensure achievement of Benchmark productivity for all Branches at Zone as per Balanced Scorecard
· Ensure Satisfactory ratings on Compliance and BPQA reviews for Zone
· Drive persistency for Zone, CRO Ops, ZPU, Zone Training interventions
· Undertake exception handling and ensure seamlessness thru Sales Support
