Role & responsibilities

  • Supervising all activities within the operation theatre, including surgical procedures, staff, and equipment.
  • Managing OT staff, including surgeons, nurses, and technicians, ensuring adequate staffing levels, scheduling, and training.
  • Overseeing the maintenance, inventory, and procurement of surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies.
  • Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to the operation theatre.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as anesthesia, surgery, and nursing, to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to surgical procedures, patient care, and OT operations.
  • Management of OT schedules, doctor calling and database maintenance.
  • A Bachelors/Masters/Diploma degree in Nursing with an additional training for OT management/technician.
  • Having a minimum three years of experience in OT handling and management.
  • Having necessary leadership skills to guide staffs and necessary management skills to manage patients, doctors and overall operations of the OT.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
