Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Manage and oversee the endtoend order fulfilment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring ontime and accurate deliveries.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate favourable terms for procurement.
  • Transportation Management: Efficiently plan and coordinate transportation for shipments, choosing the most costeffective and reliable options.
  • Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, to optimize space utilization and minimize operational errors.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high service standards and reduce discrepancies.
  • Cost Control: Work on cost reduction strategies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and predict future trends.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards, including customs, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or any related field.
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Salary:
₹3.00 - ₹3.50 per year

West Bengal:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Logistics or
Supply Chain: 2 years (preferred)
Operation Executive: 2 years (preferred)
