Job Summary:_

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct oneonone counseling sessions with students and professionals to assess their educational and career goals.
Evaluate academic qualifications, work experience, and interests to recommend appropriate study programs and institutions.
Stay uptodate with the latest developments in international education and immigration policies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of highquality services and meet team targets.
Participate in training sessions to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the growth of the consultancy by generating referrals and promoting our services.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in the study abroad consultancy field.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of international education systems, universities, and programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and educational counseling software.
Wellorganized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to adapt to changing industry trends and regulations.
