drafting, redlining, negotiation, gap analysis, and legal advice on following contracts.


Real state - Lease Deed, Agency Agreements


IT Contracts - EULA, TOS, Privacy Policy, DPA & DTA


Staffing Contracts - MSA, SOW, BAA, etc.


Channel Agreements - Distributor Agreement, Reseller Agreement, Franchisee Agreement


Corporate Agreements - MOU, Shareholder Agreement, Investment Agreement, AGM Notice, Club Constitution


Vendor Contracts:


  • Work Contract, Supply Agreement

Legal Advice - To advise the Clients on their questions and matters related to their day-to-day business, company restructuring, merger, acquisition, etc.
