We are currently seeking a COO to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**COO Job Posting - Location India

Responsible for facilitating the management of internal operations and activities to support Cloud/Infra/Platforms in successfully achieving financial and operational goals and objectives.

The primary role is to align with Practice leaders to understand their key goals, quantify the goals, convert the quantified goals into monthovermonth milestones, and track progress against the milestones. For example, if a leader is required to reduce cost as a percentage of revenue, the COO will work with the leader to define a monthbymonth target for COGS (labor/nonlabor), plans to achieve the MoM goals; track and report progress against those goals.
Look for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures that improve the org's efficiency.
Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the org.
Leads activities for better management reporting, information flow, cost management, forecasting, business process and/or organizational planning. Leads special projects as requested.

**Required Experience & Education: - 15+ years of relevant work experience

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Proven experience in a similar role
Experience working with global, diverse cultural teams
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
