Work Experience (highlight):

years of working experience in Merchant banking / Investment Banking operations

Core Purpose of the Role:

Processing of primary issuances (Commercials paper / Non-Convertible Debentures), Capital gain bonds, FDs, RBI Bonds, Gold Bonds etc.
Processing of IPOs while acting as Lead Manager i.e. Coordination with Issuers / Other LMs / Dealers, assist in Bidding (From Lead manager perspective and from bidding perspective and final recon of data with RTA)
Should have knowledge of Electronic Bidding platform, assist dealers and team in execution, bidding and settlements through exchange.
Preparation of Information Memorandum, Completion of Preissue and Post Issue formalities related to Private Placement issuances, CP issuances, IPOs etc.
