Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
Present and explain products or services to potential customers.
Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers to make a purchase.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Goaloriented with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
