Loan collection executive (for banking process)

Job description:

  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
  • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
  • Negotiating suitable payment plans.
  • Maintaining customer payment records.
  • Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
*-Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
*- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Pay:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:
