Key Responsibilities:_

  • Counsel students for their course enquiry.
  • Mentor junior counsellors.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets along with other KPI's set by the organization.
  • Calculate conversion rates.
  • Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports.
  • Will be given additional responsibilities as senior counsellors.
  • Team Player

Required Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum Graduate.
  • Fresher's or up to 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent Written & Spoken English Language Skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills.
  • Interest in Sales and Counselling as individual contributor.
  • Knowledge of CRM and EdTech Work Experience is an advantage
  • Good negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Self-Motivated, Passionate to grow on dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, desire to deliver results
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Flexible in Shift time & Rotational Weekly off (Any 9 Hrs a day)
