Job Title:
Data Entry Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response time
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC

- Strong problemsolving skills
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
