    We are looking for you We at Bharat Media Group are hiring for Business Development professionals for our Out of Home Advertising vertical(OOH) across locations.

    Bharat Media Group is the only response-driven media planning and buying agency to specialize in companies that sell niche products and is considered purchases - cars, solar panels, gold loans, windows, caterers, legal services, water purifiers, health and medicine, home goods, homegrown food products, interiors, resorts, spas, and other big-ticket items. We are spread across metros, tier-2 and -3 cities, which are now the hotbeds for growth, opening up opportunities for retailers to expand.

    What will you do?

    • Identify brands, businesses and industries to service, with the objective of increasing our media usage and ad sales revenues.
    • Establish contacts with key decision makers / marketing heads of large/mid corporate clients.
    • Capable of conceiving original consumer engagement strategies and pitch them to clients and develop long term relations.
    • Completely responsible for growing the revenue by sales efforts – market coverage and new business development.
    • Develop customized strategies for win-win association with clients from various industries and agencies.
    • Conceive sales strategies and pitch them to clients and develop long term business relations.
    • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly sales activity, reporting and target-achievement
    • Constantly gauge market responses for further strengthening our business relationships.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Strong experience in Ad / Media Sales / Client acquisition (OOH, Radio, TV, Print)
    • Experience in Out of Home (OOH) will be highly preferred.
    • Must have exposure to acquiring and handling large/ mid corporate clients / advertisers.
    • Hands-on experience in concept selling, brand planning & selling, prospecting and business development/alliances
    • Able to identify the client's priority and provide a solution-based approach.
    • A networked individual with pre-existing relationships with clients and ad agencies.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication. Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management and presentation skills
    • Ability to perform in a target driven sales environment and cope up with a fast- moving business environment
    • Excellent with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity software
