Hiring Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Consult and advise HR leads and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their talent needs while effectively managing expectations and overseeing the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Closing the position within TAT.
  • Streamlining Job Description and organizing it as per Departments.
  • Knowledge on maintaining various Recruitment reports.
  • Any MBA/PDGm in HR / Graduate with 2 to 3 years related experience in Hardcore Recruitment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Experience creatively sourcing and hiring diverse professional talents through various Job Portals, Professional sites.
  • Knowledge of the full recruiting cycle and demonstrated experience using an ATS, esourcing tools, social media, Microsoft Office products.
  • Business savvy with the ability to hunt, pitch and close positions.

Work Location MIDC, Andheri (E)

Joining:
Immediate / As soon as possible.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
