  • Expand the multibody simulation capabilities of Simscape Multibody, especially in 3D Visualization and Interactive Model Building.
  • Build 3D Visualization and editing infrastructure for model building and simulation visualization
  • Build programmatic interface to building and visualizing a scene graph
  • Build tools to exchange visualization data with other MathWorks tools
  • Build tools to import and export scene graphs (FBX, VRML etc.)
  • Work closely with a small team of talented developers
  • B.E./B.S., M.S. or Ph.
D. in Computer Science, or related field

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and strong C++, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and other web programming skills
  • Expertise of web technologies like WebGL, Web Assembly, Client-Server Architecture etc.
  • Good mathematical abilities
  • Passionate about designing and implementing solid, reusable software components
  • Ability to design and implement complex software architectures
  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
