About the role:

We at Ketto, are looking for an experienced Motion Designer to join our UI/UX Design Team who can produce attractive visuals and effectively communicate ideas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Motion designer in Ketto's Product Design team, you will be the custodian of producing original endtoend motion design, illustration, iconography and prototyping.
You will take ownership of key moments and how motion will influence behavior.
You will work closely with the user experience designers, visual designer and product managers, under the guidance to gather context and design the final UI based on wireframes finalized & agreed upon with product, design, tech & business stakeholders.
You will ensure alignment of the proposed motion design solutions as per the brand guidelines and in accordance with the brand personality right from the early stages.
You will also be assisting the visual design team for maintaining a design system so that designs can be delivered in a scalable fashion.
You will be responsible to handoff motion design files to the frontend team using lottie.
You will be responsible for creating characters and telling stories that will help communicate concepts the visual design cannot communicate.

What you bring to the table:

Demonstrated experience of working with animation studio or within motion design for 3+ years
Eagerness to work in a fastpaced environment following a rapid iterative design approach, where the only thing constant is change
Bachelors, Masters or postgraduate degree in visual communication and fine arts is a plus
Prior work experience in character design and 3d modelling is a strong plus
Prior experience using Lottie for easy dev handoff
Portfolio showcasing recent works as live experiences or preferably in the form of prototypes, but less of static comps
Excellent collaboration, communication and presentational skills to ensure you effectively communicate your designs and all the decisions that shaped it, with your stakeholders
