Profile Introduction:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Salesman at Grocery Outlet.

As a Salesman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while promoting our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
  • Uphold store policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of grocery products and industry trends is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise as required.

Salary:

₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
