Description
Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.

  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales, merchandising) to provide updated content that will be shared across eCommerce platforms.
  • Create & maintain the website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading policy.
  • Make campaign product files and update from time to time
  • Monitor all dispatches for orders placed through marketplaces
  • Customer support and chat
  • Generation of Sales, RTV, customer related queries and Other Report (Weekly, Monthly) and provide analysis on each channel statistics for the Management.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team and coordinate in all order related matters.

Location:
Andheri West, Mumbai


Experience in Market places and MIS is a must.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
