Primary Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for an Senior IT Recruiters with around 5+ years of Staffing or Agency experience specialized in IT.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Extensive experience in cold calling, company mapping, and headhunting.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Client Business Development experience will be an added advantage (preferred but not must).

Requirement:

2 years to 10 years of experience in fullcycle IT recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focused and selfdriven.
A staffing background is a must.
International recruitment experience.
Headhunting, Cold Calling, Client Coordination, Gate Crashing, Company Mapping experience.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
