Designation:
Quality Manager/Quality Engineer


Salary: 35K to 40K p.m

Experience: 5 to 18 Years


Location :
Vasai( E )

  • Managed and maintained site and supplier nonconformance
  • Developed and authored inspection documents:
  • Designed lean plant layout, validated production lines,
- and led Change Assessments/Orders and Projects for new process validation strategies (PVS) for new Mynx Control Capacity Increment for sustaining products.

  • Troubleshoot and assembled automated hydrogel slicer and laser cutting machines to support production automation.
  • Collaborated as Operational Quality SME with Process and Regulatory teams to support internal and external QMS audits and regulatory annual submission support.
  • Maintained and analyzed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Cost of Poor-Quality (COPQ) data to identify recurring trends and drive improvement actions to reduce internal and external failure costs.
  • Authored DV&V build protocols, drawing specs, and reports for NPD from concept development through product development phases
  • Worked on component sourcing projects with suppliers and purchasing teams to establish and manage continuous improvement programs including supplier quality ratings, scorecards, and alternative sourcing plans.
