We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

**Expectations

Proactively manage the endtoend delivery of engineering work for assigned scrum team(s)/project team(s) and all dependent teams.
Responsible of project from inception to completion (including kick off, capacity planning, dependency management and execution) for up to 23 teams.
Fully understand current team's product feature, technology stack, architecture. Establish technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the engineering teams.
Perform existing organization processes (adherence to SDLC processes, compliance, legal requirements).
Familiarity with current standard workflow management tools (Jira, Confluence etc).
Strong planning, organization, and disciplined execution skills.
Diligence in execution and management of regular agile routines
Strong verbal and written communication stakeholders communication, status reporting.
Be curious to identify opportunities every day and everywhere, find root cause and provide solutions, identify automation opportunities, and optimize processes.
Qualification
5 years of experience, with a software engineering background Prior experience in software developing, project/scrum management and shipping software to production
ETL Development exp is must
Experience in working in an agile operating model, with working knowledge of agile tools (Jira/Rally)
Analytical Systems thinking skills
