The Role

Work on configuration and administration activities of Remedy ITSM/ARS 9.1 to 20.x and above
Work on configuration and administration activities of BMC Smart IT 2.0 to 20.x and above
Work on configuration and administration activities of BMC Digital Workplace
Support and troubleshoot the integration of Remedy with third-party applications and other BMC products
Hands-on experience with Remedy Products on Linux environment – BMC Remedy 9.1 and above, BMC AO and above, BMC AI 9.1 and above, Smart IT 2.0 and above
Manage project deliverables and ensure timely completion
Offer guidance, mentoring, and support to project team members
Participate in production change deployment and post go-live support

Who You Are

Manage configuration and administration activities of Remedy ITSM/ARS 9.1 to 20.x and above
Handle configuration and administration activities of BMC Smart IT 2.0 to 20.x and above
Deal with configuration and administration activities of BMC Digital Workplace
Provide support and troubleshoot issues with the platform
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time
Offer guidance, mentoring, and support to project team members
Contribute to production change deployment and post go-live support

Technical Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience across ITSM modules and integrations, Smart IT, and Digital Workplace
Experience with Remedy upgrades, ARS ITSM customizations, and workflow understanding
Knowledge of Remedy ITSM, Atrium CMDB, ARS 9 or above, ITSM suite Web Services
Experience with Remedy data configuration and migration

Additional responsibilities include:

Contribute to major projects for effective plan delivery to users
Investigate and recommend solutions for technical issues
Engage in research and feasibility studies for technical problems
