Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to be responsible for overseeing our administrative operations in India.
The CAO will partner with senior executives to devise strategies to meet the organizations objectives, and report on the performance of the various departments to the
CEO and board of directors.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the daytoday operations of our support functions in India alongside global team leads. These functions include but are not limited to; HR, Finance, and Business Management
- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting and annual
- Working closely with the global business management team to manage and negotiate local contracts pertaining to insurances and facilities amongst others
- Collaborating with support function team leads to devise, implement and develop local policies, processes and procedures
- Organization and coordination of inter
- Responsibility for timely reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborating with senior management to provide input in strategic business planning
- Ownership of external vendor relationships pertaining to HR, Legal, Finance & Marketing
