Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


Leave and Attendance

  • Ensure clearance of leaves of employees in the system as per respective HOD's approval.
  • Highlight leave discrepancies to Reporting Manager/HOD.
  • To ensure attendance and regularization of all employees is as per company policy to maintain parity among all departments.
  • Ensure to update Shift schedule for new joinees.

Payroll (On Roll)

  • Ensure Bank Account opening of the new employees if needed Ensure to share new joinee details to Payroll Manager before payroll
  • Ensure timely and error free payroll processing and salary release as per timelines of the organization.
  • Ensure payroll inputs like leave, attendance, special sanctions are incorporated diligently while payroll processing.
  • Ensure to incorporate required changes in salary and payments like resignations, hold salary, increments, allowances, reimbursements, incentives deductions, recoveries etc. without any error.
  • Full and Final Settlement
  • Responsible for final settlements end to end activity within 30 days of last working day of the employee.
  • Ensure recovery (if any) from the employees on final settlement.
  • Ensure gratuity claims and settlements.

Statutory

  • Ensure adherence to Minimum wages.
  • Ensure filling of returns related to payroll like TDS, PF, PT, LWF etc.
  • Ensure compliance of all TDS related activities.
  • Issuing Form16 to all employees within 31st May of each year.

MIS

  • Monthly Costing report.
  • Payroll provision reports.
  • FnF status MIS on weekly basis.
  • Monthly Payroll discrepancies report
Competencies/skills

  • Excellent knowledge of excel, word and power point
  • Analytical skills to derive observations from data
Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any field preferably in HR domain
Experience

  • Should have minimum 4 years of handson experience in Payroll.
- excel and Power point presentation.

  • Working on excel macros is an added advantage

Salary:
₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
