Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to contribute to the development of architectural designs and plans.
Assist in the creation of detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using architectural software.
Participate in site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Contribute to the development of design concepts and provide creative input during project ideation.
Demonstrate a strong interest in turnkey interior fitout projects and actively engage in related tasks.
Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to stay informed on the latest developments.
Execute tasks with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from a recognized institution.
Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for architecture and design.
Strong interest in turnkey interior fitout projects.
Proficiency in architectural software and tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
