- Collaborer avec le Directeur de la Restauration pour gérer et élever toutes les opérations de restauration au sein de l'hôtel.
- Motiver et engager les équipes, en travaillant aux côtés des responsables des points de vente pour maintenir des niveaux de performance élevés.
- Faire preuve de compétences financières en établissant efficacement des budgets et en mettant en œuvre des mesures de contrôle des coûts.
- Assurer une administration efficace, notamment la planification, la gestion des congés et le respect des procédures établies.
- Rester informé des dernières tendances en matière de restauration, en incorporant des idées innovantes dans les offres de l'hôtel.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif, encourageant la prestation d'un service exceptionnel par les équipes.
- Liaison directe avec les clients, en veillant à ce que leurs besoins et attentes soient satisfaits.
- Expérience approfondie dans divers rôles de restauration, idéalement dans un environnement haut de gamme similaire.
- Minimum de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience progressive en gestion de la restauration.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, avec des connaissances supplémentaires en français ou en néerlandais considérées comme un avantage.
- Solide compréhension financière et capacité à gérer efficacement les budgets.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en leadership et capacité à motiver et inspirer les équipes.

En tant qu'Assistant Manager F&B, vous serez chargé de superviser et d'améliorer les offres de restauration de l'hôtel. Votre objectif principal sera de veiller à ce que les expériences des clients surpassent constamment les attentes. En travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de la Restauration, vous fournirez des conseils et un soutien aux équipes de restauration, en veillant à ce qu'elles disposent des informations, des outils et de la formation nécessaires pour exceller dans leurs fonctions.
