Description

• Alarms analysis, escalation, troubleshooting and preventing fault propagation and ensure network availability.
• Basic excel and macro knowledge
• To carry out basic fault investigations and root cause analysis to resolve issues within Customer SLAs. Input into Incident report.
• Responsible to update the trouble ticketing platform with fault information and rectification for faults.
• Responsible to carry out all acceptance checks in all techs after activation of newly integrated sites.
• Review technical documentation, technical notes and fault descriptions from vendor and implement workarounds as required.
• Responsible to develop MOPs and to resolve trouble tickets and delivering the customer with agreed SLA.
• On Call Support for Emergency issues.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computers / Electronics / Communication / IT / Electrical) or Diploma in Engineering (Computers / Electronics / Communication / IT / Electrical) or Bachelor of Science (Physics / Maths) 3 yr course
• English minimum level, Good Spoken & Written English skills.
• Basic telecom knowledge: RAN, CORE and OSS architecture and service types
• Basic IP & cloud Infra knowledge: IP Network, Cloud architecture as a plus
• Basic IT / ITIL services process knowledge
• Readiness to work 24x7 shifts such as late shift or night shift including weekends
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
